  • For bigger children, 20 grams of rapadura or sucanat in the morning, followed after 10 minutes by Ajwain or celery seeds and salt mixed with a glass of warm water.
  • Grind 60gm of grind pumpkin seeds in honey and water. Have the mixture 2 hours.
