It is not easy to know why a baby is crying but usually, crying involves some kind of tummy trouble. These digestive discomforts often include gas, spit-ups, and constipation. But the good news is that there are some strategies you can do to help stop your baby’s discomfiture.

Breast milk is recommended. The best food for babies is breast milk because it provides all the nutrients they need while being easy to digest at the same time. But if you are breastfeeding, you should also be aware that avoiding certain food is important because acidic food, for example, can cause digestive troubles for the baby.

Bottle feeding. If you decide not to breastfeed, you should choose a good infant formula that is made from 100% whey protein. In addition, it must be partially broken down so the baby can digest it easily.

Burp him. Most of the time, babies swallow some air when they eat. The aid can cause discomfort as well as gassiness. If this happens to your baby, run the left portion of his back. Remember that you should start with the lower back while working your way up to their shoulders. It is recommended for you to consult with a doctor first before making drastic changes though.
