Raising your children the right way!
Do you want to keep your child healthy and protective? If yes, then take care of the diet that you are giving to your children. In childhood, body growth takes place constantly. In that situation, body requirement also increases in the same way. Therefore, a balanced diet is must for your child. It means the diet should contain nutrients and minerals. Diet should contain calcium and other essential minerals. Calcium is must to strengthen bone – in case of Ca deficiency, the body bones become brittle.
